“I have been in Sinead’s Pilates class for 2 years. She does a necessary and thorough assessment before you join the class. Sinead looks after each person in her class. She can always recommend an alternative way to do the exercise if you are having difficulties. In 2 years I have gone from having trouble walking short distances to being able to play 9 holes of golf. Pilates exercises are body maintenance for me..and I have made lots of new friends of all ages.”
“Started Pilates nearly two years ago with Sinead due to arthritis issues particularly in my lower back. I find the classes to be of great benefit for the relief of back pain (alleviating the constant need for physio). In addition my core body strength has improved greatly. I would highly recommend these classes to anybody with these issues or who just wishes to improve body core strength. My qualify of life in the last two years has improved greatly and I am able to manage the pain much better.”
“I found Sinéad’s classes to be very enjoyable and for someone like me who never did Pilates before found it beneficial.
Sinéad’s instruction is second to none and she always took the time to give one on one assistance to those of us who required it”
“The classes are structured well and allow you to work at your own pace.”
“I started going to Sinéad’s Pilates class after I had an injury & it was recommended by my physiotherapist . I find the classes great , as she knows all of us so well & tailors the classes & specific exercises to our needs. I would recommend her classes.”
“I have been a client of Sinead’s for almost 3 years now. She is such an amazing and attentive instructor and in addition to her expertise in Pilates, she is also a Physiotherapist, which means she is watching your every move at class. If she feels you are over exerting yourself or if she sees you having difficulty, Sinead tailors the exercises to your personals needs in terms of strength building and flexibility. I attended Sinead’s class first after giving birth to twin baby boys and my back was acting up. Through Sinead’s instruction over the past 3 years, I have little or no back issues and my core strength has improved dramatically. She knows how to make someone brand new to Pilates comfortable but equally manages to modifiy exercises for the more experienced clients to ensure we are working hard, improving week on week and getting stronger. Sinead’s class is such a lovely experience and is something I really look forward to weekly for both my mind and my body.
I cannot recommend Sinead highly enough…she is fabulous!”
“My first time ever going to a Pilates class when I joined Sinead’s class and I have to say I love it !What I really love is that Sinead, as a qualified physiotherapist, request you attend an assessment to see if you have any injuries before you start the class and keeps that in mind throughout the class . Also, she great at telling you what each exercise does for you and the muscles you are using , as you go along and how it may help you . I would definitely recommend Sinead’s classes to anyone but especially to beginners.”
“I did a 6 week Physio lead palates with Sinead after my second born in 2017. Firstly Sinead did a one to one assessment to check everything out postpartum and that I was able for the classes! I felt what she did for me was taylor made for me and my abilities at the time! She checked I was doing the postures correctly and really helped strengthen my core. I would highly recommend Sinead’s classes they really helped me switch off and concentrate on me and believe me that was no easy task having two kids 16 months apart!”
